Agil8 offers a wide range of Agile, Lean and Scrum training including accredited courses in Scrum (Certified ScrumMaster and Scrum Product Owner), Lean Kanban and now the new, two day Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) – Leading SAFe course.

All courses are delivered by expert Agile consultants with extensive hands-on practical experience. Having spent many years helping others introduce, develop and embed agile practices and process improvements within their organisations, the trainers have substantial knowledge about what works in the real world and how to overcome specific challenge. They are able to share their insights throughout the training and illustrate training principles with their own client experiences.

Our current public training schedule is focused on delivery of very high quality Agile, Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework and Lean-Kanban training. These courses are delivered by our team of experienced agile trainers, and are run in London at our flagship office in Paddington, as well as in regional locations including Manchester, Edinburgh and Bristol.  We offer certified Scrum training, accredited Kanban training, Certified SAFe Agilist (Scaled Agile Framework) training, APMG Agile Project Management training, as well as our own Agile courses. As a Scrum Alliance Registered Education Provider (Scrum REP), the majority of our public courses also earn Scrum Education Units (SEUs) towards the Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) qualification. For details about the courses available, please see below.

For companies seeking in-house training, agil8’s portfolio of Agile courses is second to none.  Our off-the-shelf courses span short, high-level Executive overviews, introductory Agile courses, detailed practitioner training and role-specific training.  Client-specific training can also be adapted from the standard courses to suit your specific requirements and business needs. Because our trainers have in-depth experience across the whole range of Agile methods, including Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban and Agile Project Management/DSDM, bespoke training can be provided which discusses one or more Agile methods and illustrates how Agile methods may be combined.  Course delivery always includes substantial “real-world” client references from Agile consulting work spanning over 15 years. Current in-house training courses are described below.  Others are available upon request.
