Highly respected Agil8 Associate, Dr Sallyann Freudenberg, gave delegates a taste of her ground-breaking research on the psychology of programming recently at QCon London 2015. In her talk she explores how different approaches might be better supported: cognitive, autistic, introverted / extraverted. Her presentation has subsequently been featured on InfoQ and we’re all very proud to share it here:
For those who haven’t met Sallyann yet, she is an Agile coach and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) who specialises in collaboration. She has been in IT for more than 25 years and holds a PhD in the Psychology of Collaborative Software Development. Sallyann runs approximately half of agil8’s public Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) courses. She is also a very popular speaker on the Agile conference circuit.
