Highly respected Agil8 Associate, Dr Sallyann Freudenberg, gave delegates a taste of her ground-breaking research on the psychology of programming recently at QCon London 2015.  In her talk she explores how different approaches might be better supported: cognitive, autistic, introverted / extraverted.  Her presentation has subsequently been featured on InfoQ and we’re all very proud to share it here: Dr Sallyann Freudenberg – Neuro-diversity and Agile   For those who haven’t met Sallyann yet, she is an Agile coach and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) who specialises in collaboration. The quality of Agil8’s training provision has just been rewarded with the highly coveted Registered Education Provider (REP®) status from the Scrum Alliance®.  Agil8 joins just 8 other organisations in the UK and 87 worldwide with this award. In order to be accepted, Agil8’s course content was thoroughly reviewed in order to verify that the training material is consistent with Scrum and Agile principles.  Agil8 was successful in immediately adding 2 new courses to their Agile training portfolio.  A new, highly interactive and hands-on 3-day course in Agile Software Development, leading to the Certified Scrum Developer qualification, was reviewed by third-party industry thought leaders in order to be ratified.
