What is this course?
Live Online Training
The delivery of this course has been adapted into a live online training format with an added focus on how to work using agile with remote team members.
Utilising live video, alongside online collaboration tools, we’re able to replicate the interactive nature of our face-to-face training within a virtual environment. As such, individuals can undertake this training from their home or any other remote location.
Online Delivery Method
The online Agile Team Coaching (ICP-ACC) course consists of 5 x 5 hour sessions. Please note that the start and finish times listed for each of the respective course dates refer to UK time zone.
The ICAgile Certified: Agile Team Coaching (ICP-ACC) certification introduces participants to foundational team coaching skills and team development concepts for starting and growing teams while focusing on teams and organisations as human systems.
Designed by key thought leaders who defined the discipline of agile coaching, the Agile Coaching certification verifies an understanding of the tools, skills, and techniques needed to coach agile teams.
What will you learn?
A key part of this certification focuses on developing an understanding of the professional coaching skillset and the value of honing these skills to serve individuals on an agile team. We introduce tools and frameworks to help you on your coaching journey through ‘real play’ not ‘role play’.

Key outcomes from the course include:
- Conducting the Coaching Conversation
- Key Mentoring Skills for Agile Coaches
- Helping Team Members Experience the Agile Mindset Shifts
- Leadership Engagement
